About these terms
These terms apply whenever you use Peeks. By creating an account you agree to them, so read them before you play.
Who can play
- You must be 18 or older, or older if the law where you live says so.
- Only play where it is legal for you to do so.
- One account per person. Give accurate details when you register.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Your balance
Your balance, bets and payouts are shown in dollars. Balances are for play and can't be cashed out.
If a balance is wrong because of an error, we correct it. If an amount comes from abuse of the service, we may hold or reverse it.
Bets and results
Each game shows its rules, return to player and maximum payout before you bet. A bet is final once it is placed.
The server decides every result from seeds committed before you bet. The animation only shows that result. If your connection drops, a placed bet still settles, and an open round is waiting for you when you come back.
You can check any result yourself. Provably fair shows how.
Limits and breaks
You can set limits and take breaks in Responsible play.
- A loss limit can be lowered at any time. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours.
- A daily stake limit can be lowered, but not raised or removed.
- A play break cannot be shortened. Open rounds can still be finished.
Fair use
Don't share an account, open more than one, exploit an error or interfere with a game or the service.
If you do, we may void the bets involved and suspend or close your account. We keep a record of what happened.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by messaging Support. Finish any open rounds first.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
